Samantha Davison brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to her role as Director and Licensed Estate Agent.  Sam works across all types of property portfolios to ensure exceptional level of customer service is always met. 

Sam’s relationship management and negotiation skills allow her to work well with not only rental providers and renters but also vendors, buyers and employees, always making sure to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.

Samantha has lived in Geelong since childhood. She loves the proximity to the coast and believes it’s a great location and community to raise a family in.
